Background
I am a Colombian certified wellness coach (ICF), I am 26 years old, I am vegan, I speak multiple languages, and have lived and taught yoga and meditation in 5 countries across Europe, America, and Asia over the past 10 years.
I was trained in Trauma Informed Yoga in 2022 by “My Vinyasa Practice” under the supervision of Michelle Young.
I trained as a Buddhist practitioner at the Insight Meditation Society and Barre Center of Buddhist Studies (MA, USA).
Fitness Background:
– I practiced 10 years of Tae Kwondo achieving a Black belt at the age of 12
– In September 2019, I completed a 3 month ACE certification course (American Council on Exercise) at Purdue University, Indiana
– I specialize in calisthenics, HIIT, and hand balancing.

I create personalized workout routines with weights and bodyweight to build functional strength, increase mobility & flexibility, improve motor control and reduce pain.
