I create personalized workout routines with weights and bodyweight to build functional strength, increase mobility & flexibility, improve motor control and reduce pain.

Fitness Background

  • I practiced 10 years of Tae Kwondo achieving Black belt at the age of 12
  • In September 2019, I completed a 2 month ACE certification course (American Council on Exercise) at Purdue University, Indiana
  • I currently train in yoga, calisthenics, HIIT, and hand balancing
